Perfect timing—because our next lesson in the Empath Rescue Kit is Get in Your Body Meditation.This practice is designed for anyone who tends to feel overwhelmed by the collective or their environment—empaths, sensitives, intuitives, or simply those who notice themselves spacing out when life gets a little “too much.” It’s easy to disassociate when energy runs high, but being grounded in your body is what brings clarity, calm, and strength.I’ll be sharing the exact techniques I’ve used for years to stay centered, connected, and in my body. When you’re grounded, your nervous system relaxes, your physical body feels optimal, and your intuition flows with ease. I actually do these exercises almost every morning before I start my day—they set the tone, help me tune in, and make me a better channel for intuitive messages.
