Keep Your Energy Clean in Relationships and Break ups I have been in the closet about this But it shows up constantly for my friends and in my sessions…and I’ve noticed that the more that I talk about it, the more that it helps the people I talked to you. If you’ve ever dated someone who is extremely connected, whether they know it or not, I mean like strong intuitive, whether they utilize it or not.
It’s intense!!!!  You might feel and pick up on the emotions about how they feel about the relationship and you might be taking that whole energy on and so the best thing that you can do in these scenarios is right when you recognize that you’re thinking about the person right at that moment, all that energy…. Tell it to lave your energy field and face you and give it a look, tell it to leave and go back up to source….then say nothing but my highest vibration and highest good can enter my field, my thoughts, my energy and continuously do it. You might have to do more than once depending how entrenched you are in the other persons energy. The other tip is if the person is an unconscious intuitive, they’re not fully aware of their strengths and their gifts. There is a possibility there maybe an attachment to them. You might notice that you are feeling kinda yuck or not feeling right or your obsessing or crying… You don’t feel yourself. This is a possible indicator that there’s something attached to them. It important to not be scared and to feel strong in this scenario. Those attachments just need a directive of where they are allowed and not allowed to be. They are not scary beings they are just in the space where energy matches them and vice versa. There’s a lot of these spirits around and it’s our duty to keep ourselves in the light. The more conscious you are of your own energy clean up you may have more awareness around this if this is one of your gifts… Trust me it’s an interesting gift to have. I have it and it’s like oh there’s a whole other population out there that I can see and sense that people are not aware of. Anywaysssssss.... Tell all that energy connected to that person, including any attachments to face you. And the more that you say, Hey, I recognize you. I see you I know that you’re in my energy field and I’m sending you love and sending you back up to God source or light you are taking care of your energy, that stuff no longer has any control over you. And you just keep doing it and doing it until you’ve cleaned up your energy. And you’re going to notice that with conviction, strength and the spoken word and the energy of God or source. Everything’s going to be okay.
